Pick Your Payment Program
The ChoiceOne Mortgage Pick Your Payment Program offers you flexibility in choosing
a payment option that fits your needs each month. The Pick Your Payment Program has 4
payment options to choose from: Minimum Payment, Interest Only, Full Principal and Interest,
or the 15-Year Payment Option. For instance, if you needed more cash flow to pay an
unexpected bill, you could choose to make the minimum payment option, thus temporarily
lowering your monthly mortgage payment. As your cash flow returns to normal in subsequent
months you can elect to return to your standard Full Principal and Interest payment.
